Fab selection, I want the herb scissors and the julienne peeler, does that really work ? I got a griddle pan last Christmas and it gets used all the time.
Hi Laura,
thank you, I don’t own herb scissors myself, but I got to try them at a cooking demonstration and really liked them, it was so quick and easy.
I use a Julienne Peeler preferably to make wide vegetable strips to roll them up for vegetable tarts.
It does work perfectly for small strips as well, but usually, I need large quantities and rather use my spiraliser because it works much quicker.
Have a great day. 🙂
