During this call, you’ll share your health goals with me and I will explain how I can assist you to reach your goals. Together we can then determine if you’d like to book a nutrition consultation to regain control of your health.
Booking the Nutrition Consultations:
Contact me to make an appointment for your consultation. On confirmation of your booking, I will send you a health questionnaire which is a comprehensive review of your health symptoms, lifestyle, goals and a 7-day food and mood diary.
The questionnaire needs to be returned via email for preliminary analysis before your initial consultation. This will help me to identify possible lifestyle and dietary factors which could be contributing to your health concerns and build a picture of your health history.
Together we will agree on your health goals
We will get together for a 60-minute one-to-one consultation either in person or via Skype followed by a Follow Up Consultation after 2-4 weeks (in price included).
At your consultation:
You will meet me for a 60-minute one-to-one consultation in person or via Skype. I will use the questionnaire as bases for further investigation of your case history, medications, current diet and lifestyle. Together we will agree on your health goals for the consultation and work out a realistic programme for you to follow.
You can expect:
- A full explanation of my understanding of your health concerns
- A discussion of foods that may be contributing to your ailments
- Suggestions of foods that may help alleviate your symptoms and explain the link
- The explanation of any possible vitamin and mineral deficiencies and advice on ways to correct these
- A detailed nutritional programme including diet, lifestyle and/ or supplements tailored to suit you
- A discussion of your treatment timeline, which will be included in your programme
After the consultation:
You will receive a 2 to 4-week programme to follow before you return for your follow-up consultation which is included in your Initial Consultation. If you should have any questions or feedback during this time I will be available via email with a guaranteed 48 hour response time.
Follow up consultation(s)
Additional follow up consultations work on the same principle as the initial one but will last 30 to 45 minutes. I recommend this to review your programme and see which of the recommendations have worked well for you.
You can expect:
- A full review of the programme
- Adaptation of the programme in light of any difficulties experienced in following it
- Addressing of any new symptoms/change in circumstances since the last consultation
- A detailed nutritional programme for the next stage of your treatment: including diet, lifestyle and/ or supplements tailored to suit you

Additional follow up consultations work on the same principle as the initial consultation but will consist of one 30 to 45 minutes session.

I’ve always been feeling bloated after eating. When I told Eva about it she asked me specific questions about my eating habits to figure out what could be the cause. Based on that she helped me work out a better eating routine and came up with a detailed nutrition plan for me. Especially dairy seemed to be a problem for me so she asked me to completely cut it out for 3 months and then to slowly reintroduce it. I’ve been following that plan for months and started feeling much better after just a couple of weeks. Eva always takes the time to talk about food-related issues or answer questions I’m having.
I’d been having problems balancing a hectic, stressful job with a healthy diet and needed help getting it right. A friend put me in touch with Eva and after some initial analysis of my habits and needs, she was able to quickly make recommendations for change not only in my diet but in how I approach dealing with my health needs.
