Add all ingredients to the food processor and mix until the dough starts to clump together. This will usually take around 30 seconds.
The texture depends a little bit on the moisture of your desiccated coconut, if you feel that it's too dry, add a little more coconut oil, in case it's too wet you can add a bit more coconut flour.
Use a measuring spoon or something similar that is round-shaped to form little macaroons.
Place them on a parchment-lined board and freeze them until they go solid, now transfer to the refrigerator. Enjoy
