Combine all dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
Gently blend in the wet ingredients and stir vigorously until thoroughly combined.
Form 15-20 smaller balls, flatten them between your palms and place them on a lined baking tray or cookie sheet.
Bake for around 7 minutes, they should be slightly undercooked as they will remain cooking for another couple of minutes when left to cool on the baking sheet.
To keep them crispy ensure to let them cool completely and store in an airtight metal or glass container.
