  • Preheat the oven to 375 °F/190 °C.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
  • Gently blend in the wet ingredients and stir vigorously until thoroughly combined.
  • Form 15-20 smaller balls, flatten them between your palms and place them on a lined baking tray or cookie sheet.
  • Bake for around 7 minutes, they should be slightly undercooked as they will remain cooking for another couple of minutes when left to cool on the baking sheet.
  • To keep them crispy ensure to let them cool completely and store in an airtight metal or glass container.
