This Fennel & Pear Smoothie is packed with goodness and beautifully combines the liquorice-like flavour of the fennel with the sweetness of the pears which makes it simply delicious.

  • 1 bulb fennel raw, roots removed and cut into chunks
  • 2 pears deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. ( I use this vacuum blender)
