Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 °F/ 200 °C
Chop the carrots into bite-size pieces and roast them on an oven tray for 25 minutes.
Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly.
Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
Check the seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
