Instructions
Add all ingredients except for the coconut milk into a blender and pulse until the mixture is fairly smooth.
Now add in the coconut milk and pulse again, keep adding coconut milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
Notes
The coconut milk can be replaced with rice milk or coconut water if preferred.
